Kleinflatscher Farm is a family-friendly working farm on the edge of Reischach village, in the heart of the Kronplatz holiday region. Here, you and your family can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday in South Tyrol. We’ll be delighted to help you plan various activities for your holiday here! In addition to the wide range of services included in our apartment prices, all our guests receive a free “Bruneck Kronplatz Card” — which, amongst other things, allows you to use public transport free of charge.

- As members of the Tourist Association, our guests receive a “Bruneck Kronplatz Card” free of charge. The Bruneck Kronplatz Card includes free use of all public transport in South Tyrol — public buses, city buses, ski buses, regional trains, plus a colourful range of weekly activities and discounts on numerous services.

Information for your holiday on Kleinflatscher Farm
Arrival & departure
Your holiday apartment will be ready for you from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
On your day of departure, we request that you vacate the apartment by 9:30am.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros, as the price per day in the respective holiday apartment for the number of guests indicated, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Pets
Dogs and cats are permitted by prior arrangement only.
For pets, we charge a fee of 10€ per day, food not included.
We reserve the right to levy a surcharge for extra cleaning if an apartment is left dirtier than normal on account of a pet.
Deposit & cancellation policy
In order to confirm your reservation, please transfer a deposit of 150€ per apartment. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, we will invoice you 100 % of the deposit. If you arrive late or depart early, we will invoice you 100 % of the total price of the package you booked.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
No-smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in the building. Please smoke only on your balcony or outside.
